1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup dark soy sauce

1/4 cup pineapple juice

2 T oil

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

1/2 tsp garlic powder

3 lb. chicken wings, split, without tips


Marinate overnight. Line baking pans with heavy aluminum foil. Add wings and marinade. Bake at 350 for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Baste and turn them occasionally. Part way during the cooking, pour off some of the marinade so wings get browned. After cooking, pour off any remaining liquid.
