Swordfish, Halibut, or Salmon Steaks with Mustard and Dill

SERVES: 4-6 PEOPLE

INGREDIENTS:

1-2 pounds swordfish, halibut or salmon steaks

MARINADE

5 Tbs Dijon mustard

5 Tbs lemon juice

2 tsp finely minced garlic

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, or to taste)

4 large bay leaves, crumbled

large pinch dried dill weed (to taste)


DIRECTIONS:

Combine marinade ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Pour over fish and marinate in refrigerator 1-2 hours. Place fish in pan and spread half of the marinade over it. Broil approximately five minutes. Turn fish over and spread with remaining marinade. Broil second side another 5 minutes or until done. Even better when cooked on the grill.
