For ½ to 1 # cod, haddock, halibut, etc.
Combine 1 T each:
Brown sugar
Soy sauce
Rice vinegar
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Chopped garlic
Chopped ginger
Coat both sides of fish in marinade
Bake fish 425 for 8-10 minutes
