Baked Cod

2 T red wine vinegar

2 T olive oil

2 T dry white wine

1/4 tsp. ground pepper

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. oregano

salt to taste

seasoned bread crumbs

1 lb. skinless cod fillet


Preheat oven to 450.

Place fish in a baking dish. Combine all other ingredients except breadcrumbs and pour over the fish. Sprinkle lightly with breadcrumbs.

Bake for 12 minutes.
