Miriam's Peanut Sauce

3 T peanut butter
2 T lime juice
1 T soy sauce
2 t brown sugar
2 t fresh chili paste (can substitute a sprinkle of cayenne pepper)
2 to 3 T water
Whisk all ingredients together except water. Add water 1/2 T at a time until consistency looks good.
