Baked Pork Chops

Preheat oven to 425.

4 pork chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick

Combine the following or use any seasoned rub of your choice:

2 T cornmeal

2 T flour

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. dried basil

1/2 tsp. onion powder

1/2 tsp. sugar

1/2 tsp. paprika


Rinse chops, coat with breading. Bake until brown and cooked through, about 30-35 minutes.
