Oven Fried Potato Wedges

3 medium potatos, skin on

1 to 2 T vegetable oil

salt, pepper, dried coriander, dried cumin, dried basil, dried tumeric


Preheat oven to 400

Slice potatoes in halves, then quarters, then eighths so that wedges are formed. Place wedges in a bowl and toss with vegetable oil and spices to taste.

Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes, turning once or twice as they cook
