Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, cubed

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced (i usually add a little more)

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 can (14 ounce) artichokes, drained and finely chopped (does not need to be

finely chopped- depends on your preference)

1 package (10 ounce) rinsed fresh spinach leaves, stems removed and finely

chopped (I started using thawed frozen chopped spinach- much easier!)


Heat together all ingredients in crockpot for 1.5- 2 hours- stir occasionally.
