Fettuccini Alfredo

1 lb. egg noodles

cook, drain, add cheese sauce


Cheese Sauce

Melt:

1-1/2 to 2 cups heavy cream

1-1/2 to 2 sticks butter


Pour sauce over noodles. Add 1 to 1-1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese. Mix together. Sprinkle with black pepper. Serve immediately.

Works fine with gluten free pasta.
