1 cup sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup butter
2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate (2 oz.)
1/2 cup flour
Preheat oven to 350. Melt chocolate and butter in a glass bowl in the microwave or in a double boiler. Add sugar. Cool mixture to room temperature and add eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix by hand till well blended. Bake in greased 8X8 pan for 30 minutes. Cool in pan. Cut and serve.
works fine with gluten free flour
- I usually double this recipe and cook it in 9 X 13 pan. It sometimes cooks a little longer, so check it often.
