Glicky's Rugolach

3 cups sifted flour

2 egg yolks

2 egg whites

2 T sugar

1/2 lb butter

1/2 lb cream cheese

sugar, cinnamon, chopped nuts

powdered sugar


Beat and cream butter and cream cheese. Add egg yolks and sugar. Add flour. Form 2 balls. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate overnight. Roll thin. Beat egg whites and spread on dough. Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon, nuts. Cut into triangles and roll. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
