Blueberry Pie

4 cups berries (fresh or frozen)

2-3 T cornstarch

1/4 cup fruit juice or water

2/3 - 1 cup sugar

1-1/2 T lemon juice


Combine cornstarch with fruit juice or water. Add sugar and lemon juice. Combine. Pour over berries and let them sit for 15 minutes before pouring into 9" pie crust. Use Crisco pie crust or crust of your choice.

bake at 425 for 10 minutes, then 350 for 25-30 minutes
