White Bean Dip

Source: David Pistrang and Barbara Pistrang

1 can cannellini (or other white beans) beans, drained

2 T olive oil

1 clove garlic, pressed

1/2 T Worcester sauce

3 artichoke hearts

juice of 1/2 lemon (about 3/4 T)

salt and pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients in Cuisinart and blend until smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste. Serve with pita chips and/or cut up veggies.
