Apple Crisp

4 to 5 cups apples, sliced (about 8 apples)

1/4 cup orange juice


1 cup sugar

3/4 cup flour

1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon

dash salt

1/2 cup butter, slightly softened


Preheat oven to 375.

Sprinkle apples with orange juice.

Butter a shallow casserole dish and spread apples to cover the bottom. Make streusel by combining sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and butter. Sprinkle streusel over apples. Bake for 35-45 minutes. Nice served with vanilla ice cream.
