Salmon with Ginger, Lime, and Soy

1 to 1-1/2 pounds salmon fillet

2 T lime juice (or lemon juice)

1-1/2 T soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, crushed

2 tsp. grated fresh ginger

1-1/2 tsp. sesame oil

1/2 tsp. sugar


Marinate fish for one hour or more. Then grill or broil, basting with marinade.

This recipe is also excellent with swordfish or salmon steaks.
