Betsy's Chocolate Sauce

2 squares baking chocolate

6 T water

1/2 cup sugar

3 T butter

1/4 tsp. vanilla


Melt chocolate and water together over low heat. Stir with whisk. Add sugar and stir until melted. Add butter and vanilla and stir until smooth.

Serve hot or cold over ice cream.
