6 cups rolled oats (Red Mill Gluten Free Old Fashioned Rolled Oats)

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup maple syrup

1tsp salt

1tsp vanilla extrat

1/2tsp ground cinnamon


Mix together in a big boal, spread out evenly on two cookie sheets. Bake at 350° for 20 to 24 minutes. At 10-12 minutes flip the oats in the pan so both sides get toasted.

Once cooked let them cool, then remove from pan to store.


Optional: add coconut flakes on top to toasth for the last few minutes. Make sure they do not get burned!
